Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time All Ever & After products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Times Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our production facility, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. If your package appears lost, please contact us at hello@everandafter.co and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.

Refund & Return Policy
All Ever & After products are made to order, printed specifically for you when your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to review sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at hello@everandafter.co with a photo of the issue. We will make it right — either through a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
Refunds Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@everandafter.co.
Sale items & gift cards We are unable to issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
European Union customers If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
