Refund & Return Policy

All ever & after products are made to order, printed specifically for you when your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at hello@everandafter.co with a photo of the issue. We will make it right — either through a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.

Refunds Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@everandafter.co.

Sale items & gift cards We are unable to issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.

European Union customers:

 If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, in accordance with the EU right of withdrawal.

EU Cancellations must be requested before your order is fulfilled. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

EU Returns & Refunds — Print-on-Demand Items Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Wrong size selected at checkout
  • Change of mind

We do accept returns, replacements, or refunds for:

  • Misprints (incorrect print placement, color errors, or quality defects)
  • Damaged items received in a damaged condition

To request a return or replacement, please submit your request through your order confirmation page within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue.
