Refund & Return Policy

All Ever & After products are made to order, printed specifically for you when your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at hello@everandafter.co with a photo of the issue. We will make it right — either through a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.

Refunds Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@everandafter.co.

Sale items & gift cards We are unable to issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.

European Union customers If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
