simply send the original item back to us unworn and unwashed. once we receive your return, we will print and ship your replacement in your preferred size at no additional cost. (customer covers return shipping to our facility; we cover shipping on the new size back to you.)

returns & refunds:

because each garment is printed to order, we do not offer cash refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind. however, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will issue an immediate replacement or full refund—no return required.
